Contract Manufacturing for CNC metal machining and assembly of pumps, gear boxes, etc. Automated CNC machining includes turning lathe operations; Mill, drill, tap, ream, and other multi-axis mill machine processes; Gear cutting with hobbing, shaping, shaving, grinding, broaching, rounding, chamfering, etc. In-house LPC vacuum heat treating with full Metallurgy lab; full QC inspection facilities with multiple CMM, GMM, and hundreds of gauges. We service customers who need their part machines to their specifications in production volumes from as low as 1000 an up to 225,000 units annually. We also offer full assembly services currently building water pumps, oil pumps, cylinder heads, gear boxes PTOs, and many other engine accessories. PAI Manufacturing is in a 112,000sq/ft facility with over 50 CNC and 20 robotically automated cells. Our certifications include ISO9001, IATF16949, & ISO14001. We have open capacity to serve new OE/T1/T2/T3 customers in any market. We currently serve customers in markets including ATV, automotive, heavy truck, solar, and material handling equipment.
