Alex Arias

A manufacturing systems and operations leader with 20+ years of experience in IT, ERP, business systems, process improvement, and quality, including more than six years focused on manufacturing technology. As Executive Quality & ERP Systems Manager at PAI Manufacturing, he leads initiatives spanning ERP, MES, IT, Quality Management, business analytics, and operational improvement. Alex specializes in connecting manufacturing operations with technology while driving quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement through ERP/MES development, automation, process optimization, data-driven decision making, and quality management systems. He is currently a key functional leader in the development of PAI’s next-generation ERP/MES platform and works closely with software developers, operations, quality teams, and leadership to improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and visibility across the organization.
