Women of GMA

Women of GMA (WGMA) is a networking community within the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance dedicated to connecting and supporting women across the manufacturing industry.

WGMA provides a welcoming space for women to build meaningful professional relationships, share experiences and ideas, and support one another’s personal and professional growth. Through monthly virtual meetings and quarterly in-person gatherings, members have opportunities to engage in authentic conversations, expand their networks, and strengthen connections within Georgia’s manufacturing community.

Whether you are new to manufacturing or an experienced industry leader, WGMA offers a place to connect with like-minded women who understand the challenges and opportunities within the industry.

WGMA exists to build connections, encourage collaboration, and empower women in manufacturing across Georgia. 

Who Should Participate

Women of GMA welcomes women from all areas of manufacturing, including:

• Manufacturing leaders and executives
• Plant, operations, and engineering professionals
• Sales, HR, marketing, and administrative professionals within manufacturing companies
• Industry partners and service providers supporting manufacturing

Women at all career stages are encouraged to participate. You MUST be a member of GMA to join.

Meeting Schedule

Monthly Virtual Meetings
WGMA meets once per month via Zoom, allowing members from across Georgia to stay connected and engaged.

Quarterly In-Person Events
Members also gather quarterly for fun, in-person networking experiences designed to deepen relationships built through virtual meetings.
