The Georgia Manufacturing Alliance (GMA), based in Lawrenceville, Ga is a professional organization founded in 2008 to support Georgia's manufacturing community.   • Membership Coordinator Responsibilities
  1. Follow up with leads from referrals, event attendees, and researched companies
  2. Follow up with prospective memebers each week after they have gone through the auto respond series
  3. Spend at least 3 hours per day in outbound calls for membership - prospecting or follow up
  4. Organizing Membership Leads as they come into the office with a reporting system for review each Friday
  5. Follow up on renewal calls - within 5 days after invoice is issued to verify receipt, If not paid, another follow-up call 10 days prior to expiration to secure the membership is in place  


  • Executive Assistant Responsibilities
  1. Assist the CEO/Marketing Director for administrative projects
  2. Badges/Printing Marketing Materials for Events
  3. Posting past Manufacturing Minutes/Press Releases on the website
  4. Phone Call follow-up as requested on various events & projects
  5. Customer Service to existing Members
  6. Merge Data from alll closed events onto the proper Constant Contact Lists
  7. Website updates as needed
  8. Answer all calls that come into the office
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, PipeDrive, and Adobe a plus!
        Salary Requirements:

                   $10 - 12 per hour base based on experience - Possibility of bonuses and sales commission
