Valeka Battle

Veleka Battle serves as the Principal of THINC College & Career Academy, where she leads innovative efforts to prepare students for success in college, careers, and the workforce. Prior to becoming Principal, she served as THINC’s Assistant Principal and Registrar, overseeing dual enrollment programs, industry credential attainment, student data systems, and school improvement initiatives.

With more than 20 years of experience in secondary education, Ms. Battle is passionate about fostering a student-centered, industry-connected learning environment that bridges education and workforce development. She is committed to building strong partnerships with business and industry leaders to ensure students graduate equipped with the academic knowledge, technical skills, and professional competencies needed to lead, innovate, and thrive in a rapidly evolving global economy.
