Tyrell Nichols, RBSM, LEED Green Associate

Tyrell is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the commercial and facility services industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas (2004) and maintains certifications as a LEED Green Associate and Registered Building Service Professional (RBSP).
Her career includes a decade with Essity, makers of the Tork brand, a global leader in hygiene and health where she spent five years managing national accounts and overseeing high-value GPO contracts. She was also appointed to both the Global and Regional Sales Advisory Councils and won numerous sales awards.

In addition to her manufacturer-side experience, she spent 3.5 years in distribution, gaining valuable insight into the end-to-end customer experience. She joined SEJ Services in early 2025, bringing her deep industry knowledge and strategic mindset to the growing organization.
Based in Atlanta, Tyrell, enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and their two children, Finley and Gray. Outside of work, she is an avid golfer, sports enthusiast, and dedicated fan of the Kansas Jayhawks and Philadelphia Eagles.
