Shiv Kotagal is the Founder & CEO of Radin Dynamics, a Microsoft Partner firm specializing in CRM, Marketing Automation, and AI-powered solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. With over 16 years of experience in digital transformation, Kotagal helps businesses streamline operations, elevate customer engagement, and adopt modern cloud technologies. In addition to 25+ years of industry experience across several verticals – Energy, Software, Non-profit, Consulting, Construction, Finance, Professional Services to name a few – Kotagal holds a Masters in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Patel University, India. Outside of work, Shivprasad enjoys playing and teaching Tabla – a percussion instrument, spending time with his family, running, exploring new music, and mentoring young professionals. He brings a unique blend of cultural depth and technological innovation to everything he does—bridging heritage and progress with equal passion.
