Paige Goldner is Executive Vice President of Talent Advisory & Strategy at TRC Talent Solutions. With more than 30 years of experience spanning talent acquisition, executive search, human resources, operations, and business leadership, she helps organizations solve complex workforce challenges and build scalable talent strategies that support growth.

Prior to joining TRC, Paige served as Chief Executive Officer of Speakeasy, a global communication consulting firm with a 50-year legacy of helping leaders communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and influence. Before becoming CEO, she spent a decade as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations, finance, human resources, marketing, and technology while helping guide the firm's strategic growth.

Earlier in her career, Paige led executive search and human capital consulting engagements, advising executives, boards, and organizations on talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and executive recruiting.

Paige holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She serves on the Board of Directors for FreeRent.org and is an active member of Vistage.

A native Atlantan, Paige is passionate about health and fitness, enjoys spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide. She and her husband, Adam, have been married for 29 years and have two children.
