Lee Adams

I’ve had the privilege of leading Fabritex since 1989, starting my journey in the drafting department and working through every role within the company. I believe those experiences have shaped me not only as an individual, but also paved the path for the leader I am today. My leadership style is hands-on, team-focused, and motivated by continually pressing forward and improving.

I am a proud graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Ceramic Engineering, I bring both technical experience and a strong belief in team-work to every challenge. As president of Fabritex, my focus remains on guiding the company forward with integrity, innovation, and long-term vision.
