With extensive experience spanning manufacturing, packaging automation, consumer brands, and nonprofit organizations, Derek specializes in building high-performing marketing programs that drive growth, strengthen customer engagement, and generate measurable business results.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in product marketing, brand development, merchandising, and demand generation for organizations including Lantech, KFC US, Humana, Compassion International, and Miracle Method Surface Refinishing. Known for combining strategic vision with a practical, results-oriented approach, Derek is passionate about translating complex solutions into compelling customer value.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Murray State University and is dedicated to advancing innovation and marketing excellence within the packaging industry.
