I currently serve as the Controls Integration Department Supervisor, where I manage departmental P&L, oversee project quoting and execution, and support both technical work and team development.

My background spans field-level electrical work, project management, and controls engineering, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the full lifecycle of industrial automation. I lead with a servant leadership mindset and a passion for solving complex controls challenges—always focused on delivering quality results and helping my team grow.
