As a Market Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking, I hire and lead team members in their business development efforts to grow and retain profitable banking relationships with middle market companies. In this role, I maintain my own portfolio while also leading the banking team, although my portfolio is typically smaller in recognition of my management responsibilities. My team generally includes four to six bankers, and we work closely with key partners such as underwriting staff, a sales and marketing assistant, treasury sales officers, and client service professionals. Emerging Middle Market typically focuses on companies with annual revenues between $20 million and $100 million

I lead a team of banking specialists committed to understanding our clients' businesses and providing proactive strategic guidance and financial solutions to support their objectives. With 23 years of experience in banking, my background includes positions as a Middle Market Banker, Business Banker, and Small Business Banker, along with over 15 years in leadership.

My executive management capabilities in the commercial and corporate banking sector are enhanced by an extensive background in commercial credit, strategic client acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, debt capital markets, direct lending, P&L management, and treasury services.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Finance with a concentration in Marketing from Strayer University.

Currently, I reside in Cumming, GA, where I am actively involved in serving the community.
