Jennifer Young

I’m Jennifer Young, President of George Grant Company and part of the third generation leading our family-owned manufacturers’ rep firm. I work with industrial manufacturers and end users across Tennessee and the Southeast, representing specialty process equipment and instrumentation for industries like chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper, food & beverage, oil & gas, and defense.

As I transition into the role of President, I’m focused on growing the business responsibly, expanding into new markets, and continuing the legacy built before me. I believe in long-term relationships, continuous improvement, and leading with integrity, honesty, and perseverance.
