Jeff Henson

I help companies turn mission-critical industrial and manufacturing real estate into strategic capital.

My work focuses on sale-leasebacks, single-tenant net lease transactions, and industrial capital markets advisory for corporations, private equity-backed companies, family offices, and family-owned businesses. I’ve been involved in more than $7B of closed transactions across industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and special-use assets.

At Industry Real Estate Partners, we advise owners whose real estate is tied directly to the operating business. These are not generic buildings. They are manufacturing plants, distribution nodes, headquarters campuses, and specialized facilities where structure, lease terms, buyer selection, and execution certainty matter.

My job is to help clients understand what the market will value, how investors will underwrite the credit and real estate, and how to run a process that maximizes proceeds while protecting the business.

Before real estate, I walked onto the Georgia Bulldogs football team, earned a scholarship, and became a three-year letterman. That experience still shapes how I work: prepare harder, compete honestly, and finish the job.

I’m an SIOR and a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
