Janeann Allison

Janeann Allison joined the City of Gainesville in 2014 as Human Resources Director and was appointed Administrative Services Director in 2016. Prior to her service in Gainesville, she served as the Habersham County Manager—a role especially meaningful to her as a native of Habersham County. Before transitioning into public service, Janeann spent several years in the private sector, working primarily as a Legal Assistant alongside her father.

Janeann is married and the proud mother of six children, ranging in age from 18 to 38. She and her husband spent more than 13 years serving in Children’s Ministry. Now they are thoroughly enjoying being grandparents.
