Professional Expertise
Helen White Cauthen is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial Services Group, providing her clients with strategic site selection, financial analysis, market research and transactional services including leasing and purchasing new space, subleasing or selling excess space. Her expertise helps create value for industrial occupiers and investors. Ms. Cauthen is part of a team along with James Phillpott and Connor Larkin, which specializes in assisting clients that have a multi-market presence and portfolio services needs. Additionally, she is the co-lead for the firm’s national Industrial Emerging Brokers group and a member of the Industrial Advisory Board.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Cauthen worked for U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson, in both his Washington, D.C. and Atlanta offices, serving as the Constituent Services and Communications Liaison. She also served as the Communications Specialist for The University of Alabama School of Law, handling all external communications.
