Cortland Carmona

Cortland Carmona is a commercial risk consultant in Atlanta, GA. He helps manufacturers find insurance solutions for product liability, product recall, global supply chain exposures, business interruption, trade credit, workplace safety, and PP&E. Cortland has over 12 years of property & casualty experience including claims, underwriting, and broking.

Before joining USI, Cortland was a Claims Litigation Leader at Allstate Insurance and led multidisciplinary teams settling complex third-party casualty and property claims in litigation.
Cortland received his undergraduate degree in communications from Middle Tennessee State University, his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia, and holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, and Associate in Reinsurance designations. Cortland is a contributing member of the UGA Insurance Society.

Cortland enjoys playing golf, coaching baseball, and playing guitar. He is a proud husband and father of three children in Marietta.
