Bryan James, MBA, MS

Bryan James is a manufacturing and operations leader with more than 25 years of experience improving performance in complex industrial and technical environments. His background spans U.S. Navy nuclear operations, industrial field service, product deployment, and plant-level manufacturing leadership, giving him a broad perspective on how disciplined execution, capable teams, reliable equipment, and strong operating systems drive business results.

Throughout his career, Bryan has focused on bringing structure to challenging operating environments and turning operational complexity into measurable improvement. His work has centered on increasing capacity, improving quality, reducing cost, and using data to support better decisions across manufacturing and field operations.

He brings a practical, systems-based approach to leadership, with particular interest in operational excellence, quality, reliability, process improvement, and manufacturing performance. Bryan holds an M.S. in Data Science and Analytics, an MBA, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Through the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance, he is focused on building relationships with manufacturing leaders, exchanging best practices, and learning from others working to improve manufacturing across Georgia.
