Allen Shiver is a leader in transportation and logistics with over 15 years at Schneider. Starting his career as a Driver Business Leader, Allen worked his way through roles in operations onsite at customers and sales before becoming Director of Account Development – Dedicated. His journey reflects a passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions that make a real impact.
Allen thrives on collaboration—whether it’s helping clients solve complex challenges or mentoring teams to reach their full potential. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to excellence, he focuses on creating long-term value through trust, transparency, and innovative strategies.
Allen graduated from Georgia Southern and outside of work enjoys playing golf, connecting with people, and training his Chesapeake Retriever.
