PREP Cook/Create/Connect helps build and support small food businesses in Metro Atlanta by creating a Business Accelerator to help local entrepreneurs. They have 60+ small food manufacturers operating at PREP that make gourmet foods and beverages that are sold around the world.
They are equipped with a 10-station, shared-use, commercial kitchen for specialty food producers and 4 dedicated shared kitchen spaces for USDA meat producers and gluten free product production for members who require privacy. They also have 36 fully certified, dedicated, base operations for food truck vendors.
