Buy from Georgia Month proclamation presented to Georgia Manufacturing Alliance from Gov Nathan Deal

COBB BUSINESS JOURNAL - On June 20, Gov. Nathan Deal presented the Buy from Georgia Month proclamation to the members of the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance (GMA) and manufacturing leaders from across the state.

This was the fifth year that the Governor has presented this proclamation at the Georgia State Capitol to promote manufacturers and the goods they produce in Georgia.

“This event encourages our business community to come together to rally around two simple but powerful ideas,” said Jason Moss, CEO of the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance. “It raises awareness of goods manufactured in our state and shows consumers how they can play an active role in supporting local jobs by purchasing items that are made locally.”
